Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so:
- Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or
- Email us at admin@aptify.me with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All personal data, health records, and usage history will be removed within 30 days of your request, except where retention is required by law.

What is aptify.me?
aptify.me is an AI-powered mobile application that helps you store, track, and improve your health. It provides personalised insights and recommendations based on your health data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store account. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad and select aptify.me. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your health data is encrypted end-to-end both in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
I found a bug or have a feature request. How do I report it?
